It started from a simple observation: when you’re dealing with something hard to diagnose, something that moves in flares, something that doesn’t have a clean ICD code — the paperwork doesn’t get easier. It gets harder. Because every form assumes you already know what you have, how long it will last, and exactly how it will affect your work.
